My property manager is rude and unhelpful.
I have been with touchstone for 4 years. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner and felt the customer care/service was next to none, Last year or it may have been 2019 we receive a new property manager and since then I have felt she is very rude if you have an issue and never really helpful. If you email her with an issue it can be a few days for a reply and you as the tenant need to follow up, by this point the amount of issues ive had to follow up on I should be paid a wage from Touchstone. We have had a buzzer continuously buzz for 13 days and I have had to follow this up as they have just allowed us to live with a constant buzzing noise going off. I have also had to wait 2 months for my boiler to be fixed they did however compensate me for this, but as previously I was the one doing all the chasing up as there was no contact from touchstone. I reply to all my manager emails, the customer service back is just rude, there is no need for almost 'tic for tac' mentality they seem the have here. I could go on about more instances but you have the just of it.

Dont expect any repairs to get done, emails to get replied too.
Lots of tenants do what they wish, and nothing gets done about it. Smoking in flats, do as you please.
