I have recently had a leak in my bathroom and my toilet flush stopped working…Matthew Catlow has been on the ball since he was aware of the leak. Clear communication and understanding & had quickly gotten both of my issues rectified. He's lovely to speak to and I feel that other colleagues should take a leaf out of his book.

Dont expect any repairs to get done, emails to get replied too.
Lots of tenants do what they wish, and nothing gets done about it. Smoking in flats, do as you please.
