Sometimes no or slow response to maintenance issues raised and they have to be repeatedly chased up, still sometimes with no action being taken. They ask you to log maintenance requests on an online portal but seem to respond slowly to requests there and direct email to allocated property manager often goes unresponded to (this was not the case with last manager, Darren). Rent has been increased each year we've lived in the property.
Their routine maintenance of the building is good (stair cleaning, painting etc).
