As my parents' executor, I was tasked with completing IHT and part of this process was to request quotes from a number of agents. Haart were one of the chosen few. Gero met with us and from the time he walked through the front door, I knew that we would be engaging Haart as our chosen agent. Gero was extremely knowledgeable, highly organised and provided us with a realistic quote for IHT purposes and furthermore provided telephone support when I dealt with the Valuation Office Agency, whilst he was on annual leave.

Haart were appointed in January to sell our family home of over forty years. A very emotional time for the family. Gero worked with us and understood our desire to find a family that would enjoy the space and appreciate the work that our parents' completed during their life time.

Jag was appointed as our Account Manager and worked closely with us on finding the 'right' purchaser. What a great guy. Within a week of going live, we had thirteen bookings and confirmed a sale today (18th February) with a family. Thank you Jag for all your help.

It's been an emotional journey that was made easier with the support of Gero and Jag. I highly recommend Haart for their professionalism, listening skills, industry knowledge and not being pushy sales people.
