yors and estate agents, he is a qualified member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers & Auctioneers and is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He started the business in Putney in 1983 and it has given him a chance to build a thriving enterprise based on principles of honest sound advice and providing a real service to all customers.
Having handled all types of property throughout the local area we believe we can give advice to owners and purchasers with a greater depth of knowledge and experience than any other company. The service I received at Allan Fuller was second to none. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with - so attentive and patient. Unlike other estate agents, I particularly valued the lack of aggressive marketing spin. Let my flat out with Allan Fuller for 17 years. Very good follow up and communication during that time. Have now just sold the same flat with John Ralph at Allan Fuller and can honestly say he went above and beyond to sell the flat. Organising many things for me on the ground, as I live abroad.

I have recently sold my father's house through Allan Fuller and their service was faultless.
Being based in Australia I was slightly dreading the process but in spite of the physical distance and time difference John Ralph and the team kept me updated throughout every stage of the sale. We received multiple offers in a difficult market and John and Allan's advice was spot on.
This is the seventh time we have used Allan Fullers in a little over 25 years and I wouldn't use any other agent in Putney. Thank you Allan, John and the Team.

This is the works experience we've ever had.
In few words, with all due respect, the agents are hostile, aggressive, disorganised, rude, unprofessional, arrogant. How is this even tolerated and acceptable?!
Before we moved in, we've tried to negotiate 3 aspects of the terms, deposit amount from 5 weeks to 4 weeks, potentially the moving date as there were renovations/redecorations starting on the flat above, potentially a rent discount in compensation for the inevitable discomfort produced by the renovations and the smell in the lobby (!). There were constructors carrying scaffolds and power tools upstairs, you can imagine what the future tenant will go through for the next months.
All our request were absolutely reasonable, our emails were extremely polite and friendly, bringing arguments for our requests. After we dared to try to negotiate the renovations and smell aspects they literally snapped and one of the agent sent me such an offensive and disrespectful email, having a proper go at me. They then withdraw from the renting process motivating that our request is just an excuse (who knows for what).
Amazing, good job guys.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with AF. I rented my property through them and then tried to sell it.
I paid them for a fully managed service in which they hardly viewed the property in the 2 years I had it rented through them (yes Covid happened - but no checks were carried out after, or virtual?). They did not tell me that the tenants had left it in an awful state (severe mould everywhere, dirt etc) and when I gave them the standard contractual notice to leave, Allan Fuller made me feel as if I was leaving the tenants homeless and I shouldn't give them notice (even though I wanted to sell my property).
When the tenants then did not leave at the end of their contract (the estate agents 'forgot' to tell me they had asked for more time, I had already arranged to decorate the property to sell) - AF did not try and help, they gave me endless promises and guilt tripped me into the fact I should let them stay and not sell the property.
I unfortunately had already signed the contact to allow them to sell the flat in which they hardly got any viewings in, told me to drop the price multiple times and again acted like it was my fault it was not selling.
Within a week of moving estate agents the flat sold at a much higher price.
I have honestly never had such a terrible experience with an estate agent and I hope to never experience this again. They made me feel like it was completely my fault for every issue that went on, they were rude and condescending to me numerous times and gave an overall awful service.
I would not recommend them for either selling, buying or renting from.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
