I have recently sold my father's house through Allan Fuller and their service was faultless.
Being based in Australia I was slightly dreading the process but in spite of the physical distance and time difference John Ralph and the team kept me updated throughout every stage of the sale. We received multiple offers in a difficult market and John and Allan's advice was spot on.
This is the seventh time we have used Allan Fullers in a little over 25 years and I wouldn't use any other agent in Putney. Thank you Allan, John and the Team.

When my mother decided to sell her 2 bedroom Putney apartment we decided that we wanted to go with a reputable local estate agent and after research came up with Allan Fuller.
I'm happy to say we were not disappointed. From the outset they have been both courteous and professional, always available via email and telephone and ever willing to help. They have made what some times can be a stressful experience into a pleasant experience. The conclusion is the apartment sold and we were happy that my mother could move into her new home. It was a great team effort at Fullers but I do want to mention John and Liz who both worked exceptionally hard to keep the sale on track and are worthy of praise.
Would I recommend Allan Fullers Est Agent to to a friend or use them again? Absolutely.

I was given a introduction to -Allen Fuller by a friend. And I certainly have not been disappointed.
Allen came personally , he gave us his opinion on rental return and we basically agreed terms there and then , he was the only agent I contacted.
Allen handed us over to Che, one of his management team to carry out our instructions.
Che , a charming young man, had a prospective client to look at our flat within a couple of days. And a deal was swiftly concluded, no fuss no dramas.
Che dealt the following paperwork promptly and efficiently and the new tenants are enjoying living in their new apartment all within four weeks .
A first class operation that I would recommend to anybody!!

I recently completed on a flat in Putney with the assistance of Matthew Zorzi from Allan Fuller.

We took a long time to decide to put my mother's property on the market- it was our family home and we had hoped to keep it but with inheritance tax this was not a real possibility. We saw quite a few agents but in the end plumped for Alan Fuller- this choice was the best we could have made- Really he and his team were amazing, once we decided to sell- they were incredibly prompt, Alan Fuller heads an incredible team and was able to help us with regard to sourcing places of where we could even sell our grandfather clock and extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with all our negotiations from start to finish. I was recommended Alan Fuller by a friend who rents with the company and I in turn would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in Putney. They really understand the local market and sold properties in the same close as our house and were therefore able to give very real concrete knowledge to not only prospective buyers but also to the DV. So many things are written about Estate Agents, but I really think Alan Fuller with the local newsletter has such attention to detail- that it really was a pleasure know and work with them.
