Before Lian Dingwall took over our experience was less than stellar to be honest. We were never given a key for the back garden to take our bins out so we were told to get a key cut ourselves from one of our neighbours. Otherwise it was snarky emails about the state of the back green or things being left in the stair.
The first time I had to contact Lian I was querying if the cupboard in the stair was for our use. He responded almost immediately and looked into it for us, then came back with an answer and scheduled time to get the key out to us. This wasn't easy as it was during lockdown but he managed it while still maintaining lockdown rules. He has been very forth coming and open about any restrictions to maintenance etc and has responded immediately to any queries we have had. We will be moving house shortly but I wanted to put this in as a thank you.

Dont expect any repairs to get done, emails to get replied too.
Lots of tenants do what they wish, and nothing gets done about it. Smoking in flats, do as you please.
