Our agent was very proactive. She helped us find an apartment promptly. She asked the right questions to identify our needs and wishes and quickly matched them with the properties she had available. She was in touch with us at all moments and was flexible when we had to reschedule our viewing. Overall, the communication and application processes were very easy. We are very happy with Touchstone's service!
