From start to finish, Walker Singleton in Queensbury were really helpful with selling our home. As first time sellers, we weren't entirely sure of the process, but all of the staff at Walker Singleton were supportive and guided us through the process. The photographs taken were professional and portrayed our home in the best light; the listing was active on RightMove the following day! They worked with us around our schedule to help us ensure we had appointments that were convenient for us, and only with potential buyers that were serious about buying. We had 9 viewings organised within a couple of days of listing, and just over a week later we had 3 offers, and sold after only 9 days on the market. We were unfortunately hit by lockdown, as many were, but Walker Singleton kept the dialogue open and worked with us until we could eventually move. Wouldn't hesitate to engage with Walker Singleton in Queensbury if moving ever again. Thanks.

We put our house on the market the weekend after lockdown ended, not knowing what sort of response we would get.
We had 25 viewings over 2 days and ended with 7 offers all over the asking price.
From the taking of the photos to the organising of the viewings, it could not of been handled in a more professional manner.
We were kept informed all the way through the process and the sale went through without a hitch.
I will be strongly recommending Walker Singleton to anybody I know selling a house.

We chose Walker Singleton Queensbury, our local High Street agency. Although the cost is greater than online agencies we wanted a more personal connection. This proved to be the best decision , e.g. to be able to talk face to face, telephone contact, the support , guidance and advice was invaluable.

We had lots of early interest but held out for the asking price with Walker Singleton mainly Josie in constant contact with us.
Once our sale was agreed they looked after all aspects and hurried things along when they were needed and were part of our chain to make sure both sales went through smoothly.
We would definitely use them again

They did our house proud. After our quick sale we found a house to buy. Then everything went wrong. In the end we had 3 houses fall through. At each stage it was Josie that I rang. Amazing advice. God knows how we would have coped without a trusted advisor. Nothing was too much trouble. Believe me we have dealt with other estate agents in this process and WS was the best. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
