I have had the frustration of dealing with Brannen & Partners as the "management company" for five years now as they manage the building I live in. During this time I have experienced repeatedly most of the issues the other one star reviewers have left. The communication and customer service from the company is truly terrible, regardless of what you need, a meter reading or a fix to a problem, expect at best a long delayed response which will contain an excuse before possibly getting an answer. Most responses you do get avoid acknowledgement of any main points you query or raise. When the building flooded previously, resulting in my property being flooded, it took months for Brannen to admit responsibility and look to resolve; countless emails from myself went unanswered for up to weeks at a time before I’d get any response. Eventually my damp and damaged property got sorted out. If you are happy to be a tenant of a company that truly don’t care about you and you can handle great levels of frustration, sign up now. Or, if you want good service, or even just average service, look for a different agent.
