I recently sold my Victorian terrace house in West Reading through the Reading branch of Davis Tate. My initial contact was with Sam, who came and took the photographs and measurements. It was clear from the outset that the service was going to be a cut above what you normally expect. Sam took a great deal of care with the photographs, using a tripod and proper SLR camera and staged each room thoroughly. It meant that the sale details were much more impressive and the viewings duly followed. The viewings were all efficiently arranged and confirmed in writing and once the sale was agreed the progress was followed up with diligence and professionalism by Charlie and Kevin mainly, but with help from the whole team when needed. It can be tempting to think that Estate Agents all do a similar job but that isn't the case and Davis Tate are head and shoulders above the other Agents I've dealt with in Reading. Charlie and his team are a credit to the company and their profession and they achieved a great result for me. Thanks guys.

They were all very patient with me, took the time to explain things, and clearly had my best intentions at heart. Out of all the agents I reached out to, Davis Tate valued the highest, and at offer stage, managed to secure an 'above asking' offer. Not in my wildest dreams did I expect the outcome, nor the service they were able to provide. A very happy customer indeed!

I sold a rental flat through DT Reading, and ended up dealing extensively with Rebecca over a three month period. It became evident the buyer's solicitor was not doing their job properly, and my solicitor was unable to cajole them into doing it vaguely professionally. Rebecca responded and took up the baton of chasing the buyer's solicitor, communicating with both me and the buyer accordingly and pushing the process along as best we could. During this rather stressful period, Rebecca was my prime source of information and clarity on the process as she was the one person who took ownership for getting it over the line. We came to speak pretty much daily, as the machinations of the buyer's solicitor became ever more bizarre. The sale would never have completed without her efforts.

Had a very satisfactory sale process with Davis tate! They didn't carry out proper security/ reference checks for the tenant. As a building, we have been suffering the consequences for months now. Loud music, constant disturbances, police raids…a resident had to move out because of Davis Tate's incompetence
