I recently sold my Victorian terrace house in West Reading through the Reading branch of Davis Tate. My initial contact was with Sam, who came and took the photographs and measurements. It was clear from the outset that the service was going to be a cut above what you normally expect. Sam took a great deal of care with the photographs, using a tripod and proper SLR camera and staged each room thoroughly. It meant that the sale details were much more impressive and the viewings duly followed. The viewings were all efficiently arranged and confirmed in writing and once the sale was agreed the progress was followed up with diligence and professionalism by Charlie and Kevin mainly, but with help from the whole team when needed.
It can be tempting to think that Estate Agents all do a similar job but that isn't the case and Davis Tate are head and shoulders above the other Agents I've dealt with in Reading. Charlie and his team are a credit to the company and their profession and they achieved a great result for me. Thanks guys.
