The service at the Highams Park branch was absolutely appalling. I had to constantly be chasing up the agent for updates. There was no proactive communication and in many cases, where I was able to get some feedback, the information provided was incorrect. All of which resulted in me having to abort a purchase having wasted thousands of pounds, as well as months of my time. A totally unprofessional group.

Good afternoon Mr Joachin,

W J Meade pride ourselves on delivering award winning customer service, and therefore when we receive a complaint or find out that someone is not totally satisfied with the service they have received, we take these things very seriously.
When dealing with the sale of a property, as you know, solicitors are an integral part of the transaction. After liaising with the branch to find out more about this situation, it seems that the solicitors provided false information to yourselves and us.
Unfortunately, we can only ever act with the information we are given. The Highams Park branch have tried contacting you several times today, but have had no luck.
I would urge you to return their call, so we can resolve this situation and hopefully get the sale back on track.
