I am delighted that my telephone call was answered by Sue Geen.:
* She understood my requirement in an instant
* Promised to speak to Jon Lock, in absence of Laura Spencer who has gone on holiday -(Jon Lock whom I spoke to yesterday did not seem to be aware that Laura Spencer was on holiday until 2nd April 2019)
* Promised to speak to The Tenant and procure access for standard Lender's Valuation we are seeking to renew the mortgage.
* Promised to speak to Jon Lock, and confirm that I can communicate direct with TOUCHSTONE to complete this formality with minimum expense to all parties involved.
* Agreed to speak to Tenant URGENTLY and if necessary obtain their consent to access the property in their absence.
Sue Geen has been most positive and I am sure TOUCHSTONE Management are proud to have a member of staff of her calibre and ability to inter-act with clients
I want to wish Sue Gleen every success and I have no doubt she will achieve all goals she sets for herself.
People like Sue Gleen are very rear, and deserve to be applauded, appreciated and cared for !!

Consistency, reliability and great efforts have all lead to settling in rather quicker than anticipated.

I have rented via touchstone in various guises for a number of years now. I have to say their service has been consistent throughout this period - absolutely atrocious. Most recently my gas boiler was condemned (although it shouldnt have been) this was on Thursday 31st January and to press it is still not fixed and have been told by touchstone they won't be able to progress until Monday 4th February. That's 96 hrs or 4 days when legally they have to fix within 24hrs. Not bad !!!!! Particularly since we've been using a condemned gas boiler for 12 months -because it was condemned 12 months ago.
