Lovely, friendly agency to deal with, and were quick to deal with any queries or issues that arose, and I was generally pretty pleased with the property. Unfortunately, some family circumstances meant I needed to move to another city for a while, but would have most likely extended the contract term otherwise. Would be happy to rent a property from Macks Properties again in the future.

Our experience with Macks Properties has been exceptional! Neel, Kim and the rest of the team have been incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Emails were always answered very promptly, thoroughly and clearly. Whenever we had an issue, Neel and Kim would respond immediately and make arrangements to resolve it as soon as possible. They have shown great integrity and honestly in all dealings with us and have in a very short time become someone we feel we can really trust.
We have had experience with many other agents in London and by far Macks Properties were the best, most genuine people that actually care about their tenants' well-being and peace of mind. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

We rented a property through Mack's Properties and every step of the way, through contracts and deposits to disputes with the cafe downstairs (there were issues with a water supply that were not in our control), Neel was very helpful and made the effort to talk to us about what was happening to keep us informed. All of the service we received from Mack's Properties has been great, I highly recommend them and wish that now we have moved we could have found another property managed by them.

I was a tenant with Macks Properties for 3 years and it was a pleasure. From moving in to moving out the process was easy and the team were supportive.
