We have had experience with many other agents in London and by far Macks Properties were the best, most genuine people that actually care about their tenants' well-being and peace of mind. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

The best estate agent /management agency that I’ve ever had. As a renter my entire adult life, I’ve had a variety of experiences with different management companies, landlords, etc., but none have been as kind, pragmatic and professional as the team at Macks. Everyone has treated us with respect and when issues arose we were never an inconvenience, always pleased to help. I am so grateful to the team helping us to feel secure and happy in our home. Special thanks to Julian always being friendly and pragmatic with repairs, Neel making our move in smooth, Kim keeping on top of repairs and making sure we were looked after quickly, and Kerry quick and smooth admin. Really every time we’ve engage with any member of the team it’s been a positive experience and I can’t recommend them highly enough. A rare gem in the industry.

Macks Properties manage the Landlord properties as if they were their own, as simple as that. Which is something incredibly difficult to find in this industry. I have rented a property for coming up to 6 years, and although very few issues occurred, when they did, they were resolved quickly.
