After our initial landlord was an absolute nightmare to deal with, Shaun has been such a relief to have as our property manager.
All of the problems we reported when we first moved in that were never dealt with he got to work on straight away. He is very responsive and helpful, especially with the moving out process. Overall he was just a very nice person as well as a great property manager.
