I applied for a Touchstone property after I found out that the landlord of a property I had been renting for over 2 years failed to paid their mortgage. It was a flat I considered my home and the letter I received from the solicitor stating my home was at risk of repossession, I felt hopeless.
I searched, applied and viewed flats non stop for 6 weeks without much success.
I went to a viewing where I met Julie and at last there was a compassionate person willing to help me.
I applied for a property that is perfect for me, and Julie was always on the other side of the phone willing to help me at each step of the way.
She ensured everything was done in a timely manner and thanks to her I would recommend Touchstone to everyone.
Huge huge thank you.
