Hannell's staff were really helpful throughout the process of selling my house. At the time of the sale I was no longer living in Derby, which could have been a complication and source of stress. Hannells did a great job, their suggested asking price was more realistic than some other agents and their charges well in line with others. The sales brochure they put together presented the property well and they were happy to include some of my own suggestions. They quickly generated interest in the property and kept me informed at all times, with feedback on each viewing and comments from the potential purchasers. The price they helped us achieve was within our expectations. They helped us access local services for energy certificates and an electrical test which made things so much easier for us and I was very happy with the people they recommended.
We did have a slight hiccup during the after sales process but the person who had been handling that no longer works for Hannells and once they had gone we again had excellent service. Thank you to all the team.
