Michael Brown visited the property and he was very knowledgeable regarding the housing market and very enthusiastic. He came well prepared and was very keen for me to use Starkey & Brown to sell my property explaining the guidance and support I would receive throughout the whole process.
I think their valuation of my house was very accurate leading to a good amount of interest but not so much interest which would have led to me thinking it was undervalued, something which happened to a neighbour a month or so before my property went up for sale.
Each time I contacted Starkey and Brown with any questions I always felt they were pleased to help, whether that was dropping in at their office unannounced, phoning or e-mailing. I didn't imagine it would be as straightforward and stress free as it turned out to be.
If I ever sell again I won't approach 3 estate agents as I did this time but I'll be going straight to Starkey and Brown and will always recommend them to anyone else.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
