Viewed a property at the end of January with Starkey & Brown. The agent was very helpful and friendly and when we asked more information they got back to us within a few hours. We loved the property and Starkey & Brown's team helped us bid, negotiate and settle on a mutual price within 24 hours. Fast forward 7 short weeks, with Angie Powells support, ensuring communication between each parties solicitors/ vendors were actively engaged in the process we have completed. I recently bought a Bungalow from a couple who sold their property through Starkey and Brown.
I was initially dealt with by Anita who has such a lovely way with people. She was very personable, warm and friendly and helped me set the ball rolling with some very helpful advice.
I was then dealt with by Angie who ran me through the process once the offer was accepted. She was very professional and kept me up to date brilliantly in the closing stages especially on the day of sale.
Are they a good agent to deal with? I'd have to say yes in all honesty.
Would I sell my property with Starkey And Brown? Most definitely.
