I would like to single out Martin Wetherill for a special mention at the Bromley branch for keeping control of a very frustrating situation and being a real team-member with his conveyancing colleagues in order to push the matter along and prevent some of us from losing our rag! I used the new online only facility and paid a little extra to have the agent show prospective buyers round the property. I used the new online only facility and paid a little extra to have the agent show prospective buyers round the property. The whole experience was smooth and efficient and the house sold within two weeks. If I needed help regarding online questions, the agent was pleased to assist me and regularly kept in touch with both myself and the buyer and our respective solicitors. They came promptly to the house and took photos, measurements and gave a valuation then uploaded the house information online within a short time. Quite a stress-free experience.
