We found that Natalia was confident, well briefed and most helpful when she visited us to give her initial assessment of asking price, possible selling price, market, likely response timetable and was equipped to take photographs, make notes and set things in motion there and then. We were quite clear about the service we could expect, and subsequent experience fulfilled the promises made.
We found that Tess was on the ball and able to work on our behalf after hours to secure the sale. Over the short period when viewings took place, Julie Comber looked after our interests while showing people around, and was well briefed and able to answer all questions without reference back to us.
Once a sale had been agreed, the after sales team under Anne Hall worked very hard to keep us, our buyer, and the solicitors in the picture, and helped smooth over the odd misunderstanding when these (infrequently) arose.

Comment on agent fees
While more expensive than other agents, we liked the percentage basis rather than fixed fee, and it proved to be good value for our money.
