It is over 15 years since I last sold a house and much has changed. Shannon and Helen provided me with information, assurance and very welcome guidance that gained and maintained my confidence throughout the selling process. I found Shannon to be personable, enthusiastic and extremely competent at monitoring the sale process and providing me with regular updates on the progress of the sale. She was excellent at liaising with solicitors to facilitate an efficient pace and arrive at an early completion date. I felt at all times that she was on the case and was looking out for my best interest. Thank you Shannon. It was because of the obvious expertise and knowledge of the market that Helen displayed, that prompted me to sell through Ryder and Dutton. I made my decision after approaching Helen for guidance. She talked informatively and perceptively about selling in the Rossendale area. Helen explained the procedures and how the Ryder and Dutton provided back up and reassurance throughout. She gave me confidence that my house could sell reasonably quickly at a good price. How right she was! Thank you Helen.

There after I dealt with Rachael Howard-Cofield and Sarah Green who did all they could to find me a tenant. They regularly kept in contact and the time frame between my old tenant leaving and new one moving in was just 5 weeks, which to me was absolutely amazing; really could not recommend them highly enough.
