We bought a house in May from Rawtenstall/Bacup agents and dealt with Janet Warsap.
Janet was so efficient and on the ball and I never had to ring to enquire as Janet always made sure we were up to date with everything, making our “buying a house experience” very straightforward and pleasant but above all stress free.
Even weeks after we had the keys Janet rang to ask how everything was going!
This lady is a pure credit to the company, I just wish there were more Janet Warsap's out there.

If you want an estate agent with a can do attitude then the team at Ryder & Dutton Rawtenstall are the ones for you. Our dedicated contact, initially Shannon and then Janet (supported by Ethan when Shannon was on holiday) provided a high level of support and expertise when we were selling our home. We received regular updates and communication and she regularly spoke to other parties in the chain to ensure things were moving along and problems were dealt with promptly. We also liked that if we rang the Rawtenstall office and the lines were busy the call would be diverted to one of the other Ryder & Dutton offices and we still received the same high level of friendliness, professionalism and communication. Moving home is VERY stressful but Ryder & Dutton did whatever they could to share the burden. Thank you very much, you earned you certainly earned your fee!

I can't fault the service I've had as a buyer from Ryder & Dutton, Bacup. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Janet has kept me informed every step of the way and It's made buying my new house a lot easier and less stressful than it might of been. Topped only by the lady who did viewings with me (Sue) and who introduced me to my new house originally, which at the point I didn't know existed! Would highly recommend this branch.

We have recently completed a very difficult and protracted purchase, due to an awkward vendor.
At all stages of the process Janet was reliable, efficient, honest and approachable. Regardless of what was going on we always felt reassured that she was doing everything within her power to keep us informed and keep on top of the issues that arose and ensure that things could progress.
Although not the lead sales person for the property we have purchased, we also had several dealings with Alice and she was also extremely friendly and professional.
Both ladies went above and beyond and I can't fault the service we received from them. Hopefully we won't be in need of an estate agent again any time soon, but if we were then we would definitely recommend them.
