Unprofessional is not a strong enough word. They show a total disconsideration for their customers. They don't even know the details of the property they are trying to sell, giving whatever answers they think should be fine. We asked for 2 weeks for a proper viewing. They didn't reply to our emails and didn't return any of our calls. Every time we called somebody else answered and had no idea of the sale. This is total lack of respect. Eventually, after 2 weeks, we got a response, actually a SUGGESTION to ask for a viewing near exchange. As soon as you start paying fees for solicitor, searches and so on, they know they got you and don't care anymore. Only after we said we are backing out of the sale we got our viewing, just one day before exchange. After viewing we sent an email asking for a confirmation before exchange that the snags will be fixed - well, 10 minutes before closing of the day and no response from Haart. And we called several times before, but the person responsible was everytime on another line with another client. They are completely useless. The only thing they are doing is imposing deadlines, otherwise - they are saying - the house will be re-marketed.

Never deal with haart lettings!! They're meant to be one of the top estate agents in the country and they treat you like crap the way through! Never deal with haart lettings!! They're meant to be one of the top estate agents in the country and they treat you like crap the way through! Been waiting since October 2022 to get my deposit back an all they do is lie to you every single time they talk to you.
They only answer my call now when I call on withelded number or through the main line but if you call to the actual people who deals with the properties, they mess you around.
When I get through to the lettings agent they tell you they're checking up on it they'll call you back later that day. 3 days later still no call back. Not even an update! I've had to call them over 13 times!! Everytime is stupid excuses.
A load of rubbish! Isn't it, legally 10 days you're meant to get your deposit back after vacating the property, no!?.
And apparently they don't even work on site at the branch.
For every single time I've been told they'll call me back.... I have received NOT ONE CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!! The service is appalling! I'm sure the sales team service would be on point as they're dealing with people with money but us small guys who have to rent get left having to do the chasing ourselves!
The only way to deal with these guys is to go through legal proceeding against them because their service takes the tenants for fools. So that's the only way we'll get our deposit back. All I want Is my deposit back then I'll never have to deal with them again!

Where do I start? If I could give 0 I would.
We were looking for a house to rent and Haart showed us a property in Wimbledon. The property needed work but we were told categorically that the walls would be painted, all the repairs would be done and not to worry, it will all be sorted by the time we move in (which was in 10 days time). We reiterated this would all be fixed and professionally cleaned due to COVID and Joshua on the Wimbledon branch said Yes!
We asked to see the property again close to the move in date, and we’re told we weren’t able to due to repairs and painting taking place. We asked again and same response. On the day of moving in, we were told to pick up the keys from the office due to short staff and no one would assist us.
We collected and entered the house and soon realised why… NOTHING had been done. Full of lies. On top of that was a serious breach of Covid, nothing cleaned, dust and filth everywhere (I’m talking your socks would turn brown with filth). A dirty used mattress lay in the middle of the living room. Cupboard had old condensation bags with marks on it. The stairs had an odour, and a USED bin in the toilet with OLD sanitary towels, hair and tissues sitting.
The kitchen sink was blocked and we had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink. The toilet seat completely broken, the shower broken and not suitable for personal hygiene, the heavy duty glass shower door fallen of the hinges and hazard risk as it fell on my father. The back garden fence was completely broken and exposed, the front patio door was broken, the toilet lock broke while I was in it. Cobwebs everywhere inside, black dirty around the windows etc. Carpet had black marks all over it. No carbon monoxide or smoke alarm. Countless things and I could keep going on. It was then passed onto Sutton branch as it clearly seems Joshua was not assed to help and had completely deceived us.
Please look at the pictures and tell me if this was repaired and professionally cleaned?! They even tried to tell us the carpet was professionally cleaned!!!!! This is where Arran then picks it up.
Did Haart help? No. Did we email/call every single day for 15 days until I threatened to take it legally (which I will be doing!) as they had completely violated housing act, and only then did they pass it onto the Landlord. The landlord then got in touch and told us that Arran at Haart had not even informed them for 9 days that there were issues and they had only found out now. They sent round a professional cleaning company once I kicked up a fuss and called the citizen bureau who told us they did not know how we were still there…
It’s shocking such a property was handed over in the state that it was. Even more shocking the lack of service. Images attached as proof.
Disgusting service from Joshua- he is extremely unprofessional. Minimal help from Arran - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

So disappointing, they were so enthusiastic at the start which is why I appointed them. The photographs once they had sorted them out were very good. Initially 21 of the same room went on line which took sometime to sort out. From then on it went down hill, no feed back, no answer to emails, never the right person there when one phoned. Finally when the contract ended I was told I was still under contract for another 2 months. I am still waiting for an explanation of this.

I have been very impressed with the service I received from Haart, Sutton, in particular with Duquarne. I submitted a viewing request on line and early the next morning he emailed and phoned me to discuss my requirements. He said he would call by the end of the day with potential flats to see (rental). He did exactly what he said and this was the standard he maintained throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Duquarne, he listens, acts on your requests and instructions, maintains contact without being overbearing, is personable and completely professional.
