As a first time buyer I expected my experience to be slightly overwhelming. However, Mansbridge and Balment played a significant role in alleviating any worries from the off.
Having viewed a number of properties with mixed experiences with the respective estate agents, my first viewing hosted by Mansbridge and Balment was both relaxed and informative thanks to Tess Denley. Tess would prove to be just as helpful throughout my 10 weeks dealing with Mansbridge and Balment and was happy to answer any questions and find out as much information as requested at all times.
My Sales Progressor Vanessa Marsden kept me up to date at all times over the ten week period and I actually found she was a better source of news and information than my own solicitors on a number of occasions.
All members of staff in the office proved equally as professional, friendly and helpful right up until the day I received my keys and was greeted with happy faces who seemed equally as excited about my purchase as I was. Which I felt was a really nice touch
I would certainly use Mansbridge and Balment in the future and can only hope my experience is just as positive.
