Our Bradleys Newton Abbot manager Peter Lindberg is an experienced estate agent, having joined the industry in 2002 running offices in Torquay, Exeter and Paignton. Peter joined Bradleys in January 2012 and is originally from Sweden. The Newton Abbot office opened in 1997, and is located in a prestig

Karen Wilson from Bradley's Estate Agent in Newton Abbot has been outstanding. She valued our property and as a result of meeting with her, my husband and I felt confident that she would do an excellent job - she didn't prove us wrong. Within days of the property going on the market she secured buyers and from that point forward, Karen was in constant communication keeping us up-to-date with progress and taking the stress away from selling our home. Karen remained friendly and professional throughout the sale, and as a result of her excellent service, we have asked her to sell another property in the very near future.

All the staff at Bradleys Newton Abbot have been excellent, especially Tariq and Darbo who have been very accommodating and extremely helpful. Whether it is by telephone or in person all the staff have been more than obliging, very pleasant and very professional.
My purchase through Bradleys has necessitate more than the average number of appointments as I have arranged for builders and other professionals to go to the property, both Tariq and Darbo have been very helpful and accommodating in arranging these and have both spent a considerable amount of time at the property in order to give me access. I, thank them both for their patience and tolerance, especially Tariq.
I also had Peter to value my property and whist I did not actually market my property through the Newton Abbot Office it was a very strong contender, mainly due to Peter's reassuring and professional manner.
All the staff at the Newton Abbot Office are a credit to Bradleys.

I have had an ongoing experience with Bradleys over the last 8 years. Initially I purchased a home thru the Buckfastleigh office where two of the office team in particular (Sally & Mandy) were incredibly helpful. They were not only extremely attentive and proactive during the sale and up to completion but........even after I had moved in and for the next 3 years or so they were an ongoing source of local info and advice regarding local trades people, builders etc. When I moved on from Buckfastleigh, I did not sell my home there but rented it out and had no hesitation in asking Bradleys to find a tenant and to manage the let for me.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman\'s Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
2. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to the Office Manager or the Department Head at the address of the relevant office.
3. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days, investigated thoroughly in accordance with the established in-house Procedures, and a reply sent to you within 21 working days of receipt of your letter.
4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial investigation, you are provided with a further opportunity to have the complaint reviewed by our Managing Director at the address given below:
