Mansbridge and Balment have sold my last two properties, and have been excellent throughout, especially when compared to other agents in the Plymouth area I have dealt with. They set themselves high standards, and then MAINTAIN THEM t all times. Other agents promise action, and even make notes in a ledger that others should pick up and act on later in the day, but all too often this does not happen. M&B assign two agents to oversee the progress of the sale, and one of these ALWAYS reports back at the end of the week, even if only to say that the situation is unchanged, and what will be done the following week to chase things up.
I had the good fortune to have Darren Lawson himself set up my recent sale, and then hand its progress over to the team monitoring the progress of the sale, and calls to me were made without fail, and often by Marie Toller who deserves particular credit for her sympathetic and supportive words in times of the stress that seem to have become the norm in property dealings today, not least in my personal circumstances. Mansbridge and Balment really DO keep the promises they make to us!
