Contracts were exchanged on 30/10/14 on an investment property I have been trying to sell since June 2014. Throughout this process, Danielle Curtis (Norwich Golden Triangle) has been superb!
Initially, I had tenants and only wanted investors and no advertising. An offer was obtained at the asking price very quickly. This prospective purchaser pulled out after a month, during which my tenants gave notice. The property was then advertised and a number of prospective purchasers were found. Within a few weeks I had another asking price offer. The searches and survey took a while and then the buyer was making promises of deposit funds over quite a few more weeks and the funds were not appearing. Danielle was tireless in trying to resolve this issue and kept me informed throughout. She chased all parties involved courteously but very efficiently. She never once showed signs of impatience when I rang, sometimes every day, even when she had a heavy cold and was the only one in the office. Danielle has followed my wishes from the beginning and I cannot fault her - especially as she suffered a sudden bereavement during this time.
However, I did find the delay between having a phone call or email confirmation of an event and the letter generated by head office, very confusing at times. I do not see why all of these letters were necessary (not very eco-friendly). There was sometimes a gap of a week or more between the event and the letter, by which time things had moved on. I don't really approve of the letters I received either. The back is completely purple, which seems such a waste of ink
There were also times when there was only one person in the office, causing them unnecessary extra stress.
On the whole, though, I was very impressed with the service I received from Haarts and would gladly recommend them.
