DON'T USE SURELET. Surelet is really nice to you before you move in. Once you have moved in they become the worst people to work with, you will have to pay 150 pounds extra in hidden fees before you move in and when you move out. The agents completely ignore every request you make time and time again, whether it is fixing items in the building or you requesting your deposit back. If you want something from them, prepare to wait months and constant nagging and calling before they decide to act.
