If your a landlord do not trust them with your property , if your wanting to rent from them - don’t
They don’t register deposits and the deposits is given to members of staff as incentives. They make other members of staff give false positive reviews. The contracts they use are not genuine contracts.

Nez was extremely helpful, efficient and personable but the inventory was not an accurate description of the state of the property and the cleaning of the property was unsatisfactory particularly the garden areas which were strewn with cigarette butts. There is also a serious leak in the first floor bathroom which should have been investigated and put right before we moved in. The property is looking very tired and worn after been let to students for years and it would have been sensible for the landlord to have repainted it and repaired the rotting timber frames to the windows at the very least before we moved in
