Read the bad reviews, but decided to go for it anyway because the property was in the right location. Huge mistake- Lawson's and Daughters have been lethargic to the extreme in every aspect of the letting, from signing off the original inventory to transferring the utilities account. We moved out ... Read the bad reviews, but decided to go for it anyway because the property was in the right location. Huge mistake- Lawson's and Daughters have been lethargic to the extreme in every aspect of the letting, from signing off the original inventory to transferring the utilities account. We moved out 9 months ago and still have yet to see a penny of our deposit despite them agreeing that there was nothing wrong with the state of the property. Legal action now on-going..
