During the sale of our property we found the service provided to be exceptional. We were kept up to date with viewings and everyone in the office was friendly and helpful during each and every communication. Our property was sold in a reasonable amount of time and for a price we were very happy with. If we are selling a property in this area again we would not hesitate to call on them.

Just sold my house through barrhead property centre. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by the staff especially Mark and Hugh there level of professionalism was second to none as a rookie at selling a house they gave me great advice and where brilliant throughout in guiding me every step took the stress of selling a house away from me well done

I recently sold my home through Barrhead Property Centre at a closing date with four people bidding and found that the service provided to me was exceptional the fees were fair and I was kept informed at all times with regular updates on how my viewings went and would thoroughly recommend them to my friends who are thinking of selling

I phoned to arrange a viewing on a property which Barrhead Property were selling, they advised viewings would not be arranged until the following week.
The following week I received a voicemail at 9am confirming an open viewing would be at 12pm that day - as I work fulltime this did not suit. I returned the call for them to advise they will call me when the next open viewing is... Waiting a couple of days I received no phone call. I called them back to be told the property is under offer.
Firstly I think not arranging evening/weekend viewings is a very poor service to be run. Also if I was the seller in this instance and all interested parties did not get the opportunity to view I would be concerned.
Overall the service was unreasonable and I will not be using Barrhead Property to sell any of my properties.
On another note I have observed service failure to remove Sold/Under Offer property's off websites such as Rightmove.
