Docklands Prestige Residential (DPR) is, by far, the worst lettings agency I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As a disabled tenant with diagnosed conditions including autism, PTSD, and ADHD, I made multiple reasonable adjustment requests under the Equality Act 2010—many of which were ignored, delayed, or actively mocked by DPR’s senior management.
From the outset, DPR’s handling of tenancy matters was chaotic and unprofessional: utilities were not properly set up, conflicting billing occurred, and careless errors led to avoidable disruption. Their staff routinely failed to read or act on prior correspondence, placing a disproportionate burden on me to chase basic responsibilities and correct their mistakes.
What sets DPR apart in the worst possible way is the behaviour of its senior leadership. One managing director, Ian Orr, repeatedly contacted me despite clear reasonable adjustment requests not to do so. He sent inappropriate, antagonistic messages and mocked my need disabilityrelated communication adjustments.
Ian Orr's codirector, Robert Wilkinson, made misleading representations to the Property Ombudsman and downplayed serious complaints.
Another senior staff member, Konrad Tusinski, adopted an unprofessional and combative tone in emails, refusing to take responsibility service failures and replying rudely when challenged.
DPR also admitted to using AI tools (like ChatGPT) to draft tenant communications without informing me or obtaining my consent, raising serious UK GDPR concerns.
Ultimately, I had to take legal action against DPR, resulting in a settlement which included a noncontact clause Ian Orr and Konrad Tusinski and financial compensation. This outcome speaks itself.
If you value your rights, wellbeing, or dignity as a tenant, particularly you are disabled or neurodivergent, avoid DPR at all costs. Their conduct is not only unprofessional but also dangerous to vulnerable tenants. They are a study in how letting agents should not behave.

First contact - fantastic.
Contact up until tenancy start - expected.
Contact since moving in - below par.
The property has damp, I was aware and was happy to move in on the premise the damp/leak was fixed. However, upon arrival, it's not fixed and got worse. More damp is appearing in others areas despite dehumidifying. I attempted continual contact asking for calls and updates however none have been given.
Since moving in, maintenence professionals have come to look at the condition of the property. The complex is new and rush-finished, which has everyone questioning my living situation paired with raised eyebrows.
If it wasn't for new neighbours and the family doing contractual work on site, I would have little to no information on what is going on with leaks, damp, Maintenence and upkeep of the residential block.
As well as the property issues, the sign up and validation process for prospecting tenants was exasperating and complex. Far too much personal information and evidential proof was required to hand over and made me and my family feel uneasy.
They required me to have a guarantor for my property, despite having lived in more expensive accommodation without a guarantor - needless to say I was fortunate to have a guarantor at hand. I had proof of earnings of over £45k in the last 12-months and average credit. I believe the measure DPR took to secure the tenancy was overexerting.
Would I recommend DPR?
Initially, I felt like I did. Ian's communication was swift and concise. Post-conversation with Ian and continuing with Paulina & Kamila, the experience Is now - a no. DPR appear to be interested only in the sale and completion of new tenants and not the aftercare or management of property maintenence.
I hope I can be proved wrong so I can change this review.

My husband and I have been dealing with Angelika and Ian at DPR and we are so chuffed with the level of service, care and help we have received through our moving process. From start to finish they have put us at ease with what usually is a very stressful time. My overall experience with DPR has exceeded my expectations.
Ian and Konrad have been both instrumental in my positive experience of DPR.
Ian has delivered extremely high client care and Konrad excelled in marketing of the property.
I have 2 properties with DPR and neither have been left vacant and without a tenant.
My e mails and questions have always been answered promptly. I have been given a high standard of service and do not feel like just another number.
With increased regulations imposed on landlords, it would helpful if we could get more guidance on our duties and responsibilities as landlords.
