Very happy with the whole service. We are buying and selling through them.
Booking appointments for viewings was straightforward, and we were kept in the loop. We had good time to view the house. Rob and Lewis were very knowledgeable about the area we are buying and selling in.
Leila did our pictures at the house we are selling. She did great pictures and was thoughtful of our house, removing shoes without even asking. Very happy with the service so far.

We sold our property with this agent.
Our first contact was with Rob Kennedy who came out to value the house and was extremely friendly any helpful.
Further down the line, we were having a great deal of difficulty in reaching agreement on the sale between our solicitors and were concerned that we would not be able to agree the sale with our chosen buyers. We contacted Sam and explained the difficulties we were having. She was fantastic- liaised with us, the buyers and our solicitors and managed to sort out in one afternoon the issues which had been ongoing for weeks. She continued to be very proactive, and very patient (!), taking frequent calls from me whilst we were arranging things and liaising with our buyers. I'm sure if she hadn't intervened our sale would have fallen through. As it was, we sold the house and are delighted with our new home.

This is the second time I have used the Didsbury office of Philip James to sell properties. On both occasions I have been impressed with the service offered. Throughout the process I felt that the team were responsive to my needs and concerns. I was confident on both sales that the price obtained was excellent.
Importantly, when the inevitable challenges presented themselves, the team were really able to pull out the stops. Rob Peak was even able to persuade our seller to live in a caravan for 2 weeks to get the chain completed! I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm to friends and family.

we sellected 2 agents in didsbury to market our house last year and PJK offered us the best price we did recieve 3 offers in the end but were told by 1 of our buyers that the manager of the estate agency branch, a youngish chap called Robert Kennedy was very rude in all there deeming with him - we would have liked a higher price but we believe manners are important in business and if this man intends to brush people up the wrong way in Didsbury and bully his way to the top, it's not the sort of company we'd like to deal with - we have only sold a property once and his aggressive manner has put us off estate agents for life. Why be rude and bullish? Why not just be polite it's not difficult? When chooseing a rating for this website we didn't choose "terrible" because they weren't terrible they got a good price for us. Mr Kennedy was just rude and abruppt and it simply will not do.
