Both Russell and Carl helped me to find the right property and were efficient and friendly throughout the purchase. I purchased a property through Winkworth with a view to letting it out for an investment. Both Russell and Carl helped me to find the right property and were efficient and friendly throughout the purchase. We live outside of London so we needed someone who knew what we were looking for and Russell found us the right property after viewing only 2 properties. The sale was quick with no major hiccups. They even guided us through the renovation to get it ready for prospective tenants. The property was let quickly after completion to professionals for exactly the price the suggested when selling me the flat. When the last tenants left it was re-let promptly with and there only a 2 day vacant period between tenancies We have no plans to change our letting agent and if we were to purchase/let another property we would definitely be using them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have used Winkworths to let and manage my three properties in Shepherds Bush for over 15 years. I have always found them to be professional, easy to deal with and knowledgable. Unlike other agents I deal with they are proactive rather than reactive, advising how I can best modify my properties ... Read Full Review

I have used Winkworths to let and manage my three properties in Shepherds Bush for over 15 years. I have always found them to be professional, easy to deal with and knowledgable. Unlike other agents I deal with they are proactive rather than reactive, advising how I can best modify my properties to maximise rents without being prompted and anticipating future trends and legislation.At most I have had a day or two void between lets (other than when I have been refurbishing my properties) and I have not yet had a tenant owing me money at the end of a tenancy which tells me their referencing is excellent. I look forward to continuing my partnership with Winkworths as they are critical to my future success as landlord.
