this is the worst agency i've ever had to deal with. I lived in a mould filled damp flat that caused water to seep into the sockets short circuit the entire place. this is the worst agency i've ever had to deal with. I lived in a mould filled damp flat that caused water to seep into the sockets short circuit the entire place. Water dripped from the flat above constantly and nothing was done about it. When I moved in the place before a mess and I spent 3 hours cleaning it. When I moved out I scrubbed that place to keep my deposit and it was in 2000x better state than when I moved in and yet they claimed it needed a further cleaning? Money grabbing weasels don't trust them.

The lady Jen Elaine, I have never seen such a rude lady before. Let me explain the problem. Michael showed us a property at 5.45pm and we agreed to accept the property and asked him about further proceedings he asked us to come next day to office and the next day when we called to pay the deposit online again he asked us to come to office. As advised I made a day off to my work and visited their office in commercial road Swindon there we met this wonderful rude lady who responded us that it is already let to some one else and she did not care about us still I explained her everything and for name sake she said 'I will discuss with my Manager Mark and get back to you but still now she did not get back. again when I called them Mark answered the phone and when I asked for the manger he told he is not available I don't understand what is happening with this letting group . are they letting company or cheating company? they wasted my time starting from viewing till asking me to come to their office to pay. Later I had a chance to speak to michael and he simply told one of my colleague had got already booked the property to someone and without even knowing this he arranged the viewing for us. All waste of time and Mr mark he said at one point it is all part and parcel of life...they don't have right process in their company and still they behave rude and advice like this part and parcel of life... all time wasters Its good that I have not been trapped with them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
it would be a start if they answered the phone, commuitcated with each other so they are all on the same page and take some lessons in manners!!!!!

well the check out is prving a nightmere firtsly charles harding did the check out a week late then never told us what was going on so we called serval times to get answers and in resulted in each member of staff saying a different thing - it had been done, oh its being done now, oh its not booked in untill 2 days time ect what a nightmere and one of the ladys was so rude i wouldn't speak to a dog the way she spoke to me!!!
we have been in our new house nearly 2 weeks now and lets just say its still an ongoing battle!!!
to anyone that uses them be prepared for endless phone calls and no answer, crap everytime you call oh and being treated very poorly!!! i would never ever use again even if i was desbrate!!!!!!!
NIGHTMARE AND NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO USES THEM!!!!!!!!
