They refused to give any info abt the Landlord , as totally no proof that house was sold or maybe given to other renters and nelson sales just say...go to cadastral and try to get info abt the owner.

Maybe Nelson sold the property ? I believe that my son is in title for compensation as he had to take another apartment , which was not really suitable for his needs, but he had no choice anymore due to the time limit. Incompetent ,unpleasant company , better find other people to buy or rent an apartment from.

DO NOT USE. Not a good experience so far, we were rushed to move in this weekend despite saying we would rather wait until next weekend to ensure the property was ready. Most unprofessional individual I have come across in my entire life. She misled us from the beginning with regard to information, state of the property and moving In dates.
We have spent 2 hours of our day waiting for her, despite the fact we had a meeting scheduled, to cancel our contract and hand back our keys due to this pathetic service.
We walked into a property which had so called been professionally cleaned. Yet, there was damaged furniture, it was disgusting and had not been cleaned.
Once again, as always they tried to shift the blame and act like they were completely unaware.
GUYS PLEASE LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKE AND DON'T USE OR TRUST THIS AGENCY!!!!!!

I have been renting with Nelsons for almost 3 years now and it was excellent and pleasant experience right from the start. Leting agent and office staff were friendly and helpfull. If a problem occurs it is always being fixed within hours. Nelsons also provides very competetive rental prices and comissions. Many cons comparing to other agencies, for instance no renewall fee which guarantees you at least couple of hundreds savings per year.

We have recently moved out of our flat rented from Nelsons and our experience with them was far the best of any of the agencies we have worked with so far.
When we moved in, our Letting Agent was Adele Knight who was great, there was no bullshitting, she was pretty straight forward and not wasting our time.
Everything went smoothly with the move-in as well, during our fist week we found some minor issues around the flat and one bigger one with the hot water. As the property was fully managed by Nelsons we contacted Muniza Adam regarding these issues. The hot water was fixed the next day and the other small issues were taken care of quickly as well. Muniza was always quick the respond and very helpful.
We have moved out already but everything was perfectly coordinated after we gave our notice as well.
The whole Nelsons team was professional and the service was exceptional.
Unfortunately, we had horrible experineces with other agencies so Nelsons should be an example of how a Letting Agency should work!
Can only recommend!!!

This was our first experience with a London Agency and we are happy and satisfied with their work.
We really liked their friendly and helpful team!
They contacted us after an enquiry we made on findproperly.com for a 1 bedroom flat to rent. The process that starts as soon you make the offer was quick and well managed. As soon we made our offer to take the property out of the market, we received the response from the landlord in a couple of days and within a week we had signed the contract.
At the time of signing the contract we acknowledged that the contract terms on the duration were different from our offer and we were not told about this change. However, the agency quickly managed it and adjusted everything.
The agency took care that we could receive a new mattress. We personally made the choice which we believe is a great advantage.
The agency fees are in the average and with respect also to other agencies they not ask for cleaning fees and to sign an assurance.
We can only further recommend it!
