Clare stumbled upon St Margaret’s quite by chance, when looking to move from central London with her husband and young baby, and feels like she won the jackpot. She can enthuse on the Borough to anyone who will listen and loves telling families moving to the area about the local schools, green spaces, sports club
s and fabulous pubs and restaurants. Having worked in Fashion Buying for 15 years, it was time for a career change whilst juggling a young family and The Property Partnership felt like an exciting new chapter. She has now been with the company for 4 years and feels firmly part of the family.

Brilliant experience end to end. It was an absolute pleasure working with the team at Property Partnership. From initial engagement with David to get the house photographed and listed to managing the offer process with ease securing us a fantastic outcome. The team have such great local knowledge they were great with supporting potential buyers questions on location and area. Every step of the process was managed so well with a superb team supporting. Our process ended up being a somewhat complex chain and Clare, Lex and the team kept us up to date and informed every step of the way to manage nerves and timings to get things done. Could not recommend them any more highly.

As they say buying, selling and moving house can be or is an incredibly stressful time, the Property Partnership make it as manageable as possible. They really understand the customer needs and are there to be in your corner every step of the way. A lot of estate agents forget they're dealing with humans and what is really an emotional purchase, instead just think commercial. So, the care and attention, plus patience was second to none from David, Clare and the team. They'll find you what you want and I couldn't recommend them more highly.
