Javaid and his team have managed my property for several years. Throughout, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the property is tenanted effectively while also going out of their way to help the tenant. Any issues I have had, be it missed rent or repairs, have been handled amicably and swiftly. Would use again without hesitation for any future properties and would highly recommend others to use for all their investment and rental needs. Javaid in particular clearly cares about both his landlords and his tenants and is clearly driven by the principle of doing the right thing.

Having dealt with a number of letting agencies for our properties over the years, Martin & Co are far and away the best we've ever worked with. We have been with Martin & Co, Shawlands for 10 years and the service has been exemplary. There has been very little input from myself as everything is dealt with by the office professionally and efficiently. I hear of horror stories from other landlords using different agents, but I have had the best experience ever and will keep my portfolio with this branch in Shawlands.
