Javaid and his team have managed my property for several years. Throughout, they have gone above and beyond to ensure the property is tenanted effectively while also going out of their way to help the tenant. Would use again without hesitation for any future properties and would highly recommend others to use for all their investment and rental needs. Javaid in particular clearly cares about both his landlords and his tenants and is clearly driven by the principle of doing the right thing.

We have been with Martin & Co, Shawlands for 10 years and the service has been exemplary. There has been very little input from myself as everything is dealt with by the office professionally and efficiently. I contacted Martin & Co to get information about management fees etc on my first rental property and I have been very lucky to have Javaid as my liaison. Javaid has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process and most importantly, easy to contact. When looking for an estate agent, this is very important to me because I don't want to be calling repeatedly or waiting for call backs. Having great communication and knowledge is a must and I would 100% recommend Martin & Co to others.
