Lucy was an absolute dream, she never gave up and continued to show me properties till we found the right one! Once the sale had started she chased and kept the whole chain moving and made sure we moved on the date we needed. She had fantastic customer service through out and always picked up the ... Lucy was an absolute dream, she never gave up and continued to show me properties till we found the right one! Once the sale had started she chased and kept the whole chain moving and made sure we moved on the date we needed. She had fantastic customer service through out and always picked up the phone or called back the same day or within a few hours. The cute little card and keyrings she gave me was the icing on the cake.

To my delight, my house was sold within days of listing! This impressive turnaround speaks volumes about their expertise and understanding of the market.
Additionally, their responsiveness was exceptional. I never waited long a reply to any of my inquiries, with Lucy Plappert dealing with all of my queries when Kevin was not available which made the entire process seamless and stressfree.
