I recently had the pleasure of working with Nav Chamdal and Camron McIntosh from OC Homes to purchase a new flat and rent my old flat. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Nav and Camron were super professional; Nav was highly knowledgeable about the area and the current property and rental market as well as incredibly responsive and made sure I always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, the OC Homes team came through with their commitment to excellence. Nav's negotiation skills were first-rate – he consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. He also went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of. Throughout our journey, I was impressed how Nav demonstrated immense patience and understanding despite challenges working and coordinating with all stakeholders involved. He went out of his way to provide me with extra resources and various options I could consider when deciding. My experience was so positive that it took a massive weight off my shoulders! Highly recommend OC Homes for your next purchase or rental!
