Jenni looks after all the maintenance on our lettings properties, making sure that any issues are dealt with as quickly as possible to both protect the property from further damage and to keep our tenants happy. Her belief is that if we look after our properties and get maintenance issues sorted quickly our tenant
s will generally take the same care and attention, be motivated to report problems so they can be fixed before more damage is caused, and this can only be a good thing. She has developed great relationships with our team of contractors and there is little that Jenni cannot handle when it comes to property maintenance.
