Absolutely awful. They lie, they change contract terms without telling you and don't do what is required of them. They're fine when things are going well and all they have to do is collect the money but are worse than useless when things don't go well, which is exactly when a managing agent is ... Absolutely awful. They lie, they change contract terms without telling you and don't do what is required of them.
They're fine when things are going well and all they have to do is collect the money but are worse than useless when things don't go well, which is exactly when a managing agent is needed.
