Annie is really helpful and returns calls and chases everything to get the purchase done as quick as possible. I feel I can relay on her to move things forward.
Found we didn’t receive confirmation of our two viewings booked and had to phone back to confirm these were booked.

Overall i had a fairly smooth purchase of a house with a tenant in situ through Springbok. I was concerned that they charged me a £2596 deposit which includes a £96 non refundable admin fee. I was assured that if anything was seriously wrong with the property then this would be returned. Some problems were found upon survey but we negotiated the price. All remained ok until checks were carried out upon the tenancy discovered No Deposit or references were taken by the owner, there were also serious discrepancies in paperwork to do with tenant, kind of felt pressured into taking a tenant on that i would not have normally or lose the 2.5K I would have thought that some Due Diligence and a responsible agent would have at least checked that basics such as References and deposits are in place before selling a property with a tenant in situ! All said the staff were polite attentive and professional especially Annie Wood...thank you Annie
