Mine and my partners experience with coda estates was that they work swiftly and efficiently. Our flat is beautifully presented but a huge reason that we picked this flat is because the staff member showing us around the property, Darren, was able to answer all of our questions and seemed to be knowledgable about the property. After we saw it we have now moved in a week later ! There was a small issue of my name being incorrect on the first tenancy agreement that may have been my fault. The staff member that met us at the property to give us the keys and run us through all the information we’d need, Khairun, was really really friendly and again, seemed familiar with the property and was able to answer our questions and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We love our flat and hope that our experiences with coda as letting agents keeps being this positive !

I cant thank the staff at Coda estates enough.
From the word go they were excellent.
Initial viewing was done by Darren who couldnt have been nicer or more helpful spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving us information on the rental process.
From the application process right through to signing the agreement Shannon has been a star. Has assisted at every point of the process and even when we hit a couple of hurdles along the way Shannon was there to help us through.
Cant thank her enough the level of professionalism is next to none.
In fact everyone I have spoken to including Kristen and Bronwyn have been great.
Professional, helpful and friendly.
A team to be proud of and I would recommend Coda Estates in a heartbeat

Rented two properties from coda until I was offered a council property, otherwise I would still be with them now.
Darren and Sharon work so hard and have done so well through their hard work. I had no issues whatsoever with my second property, the first property my upstairs neighbour was leaking through to my flat, and Darren one of the owners himself, came out to me on the weekend, which shows their dedication to their customers.
They are very professional, but also down to earth, I got into financial difficulty at one point, and were very understanding to this and we worked out a payment plan. Couldn't fault coda!

From start to finish both selling and renting properties from coda estates the customer service we received has been 1st class from every member of staff. Would highly recommend this company so helpful and friendly.. by far the best property company I have used.. can't thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family. I sold my property through coda in less than a week after a terrible time with another company which coda help sort out. Now I rent a property from them which is amazing for my family..

Fantastic service with a friendly company. I was treated with the upmost respect and everyone was positive, curious and extremely helpful. I couldn’t recommend CODA enough and would definitely use, and recommend to my family and friends.
I have been looking for around 10 months to rent a property without any luck. I thought I’d try CODA as they had a few rentals in the area my wife and I were looking and within 2 days everything was arranged.
