A fantastic Team led by Emma, with Sandra and the powerhouse, pocket rocket with the wicked sense of humour that is Phoebe! There's a girl that got my sense of humour (God have mercy on her!) and we needed a sense of humour at times when dealing with others who shall remain nameless!
Professional, polite, contactable, reassuring and helpful all the way.
Cannot recommend Park Row highly enough - you want the job done properly and everything in good order, Park Row are the agent of choice.

We had a great experience with the Park Row team in Sherburn in Elmet following a period of little progress with a previous online only agent. From the start it was obvious we were dealing with people who knew the best approach to take for the local market. Also the photos taken were infinitely better than those we paid in advance for with the prior online agent's professional photographer. Phoebe was also brilliant at getting hold of info of the onward chain by bypassing a difficult agent in between, providing details quickly that helped relieve some of the stress stemming from our next purchase.

The team all worked really hard to sell our property. They set the bar very high for all other estate agents we will ever interact with.
They came to give us a quote a couple days after we called them. We went away on our belated honeymoon and instructed them while we were away. They sent us all our documents electronically which we signed and returned. Our neighbour had the keys so they picked them up from her, took the pictures and sent the brochure through to us a couple days after they had the photos and all the information. They arranged for someone to do the EPC rating and began doing viewings all within a couple of weeks of instructing them.
Unfortunately the sale fell through a couple times due to the market changing drastically but they stayed in touch with us every step of the way and provided us updates on a bi-weekly basis.
