Joseph has been amazing throughout the sale process, even when the sale fell through on a number of occasions due to Covid-19, issues in the chain and buyers not securing finance, his confidence around the sale never faltered and he always secured a new buyer as he said he would. Well basically I've tried to sell me house twice now with Yopa , but due to a few personal thing having to be put correct before sale , I've been put off by the constant pressure from your agent you selected to value my home , when people sell there home they choose when suits them and not your agent Joseph from Leicester so basically due to him pestering us continuously, I very much Dowbt if I will be using yourselves , he make clients feel very pressurise regards me Adams

Yopa have been amazing from the start and Joseph Parker has been absolutely amazing from the property going on the market he’s helped and gave advice where we need it the pictures he came and done was also fab and we have had a lot of interest in the property through Joseph and Yopa he has been on the ball with chasing clients that didn’t turn up or cancelled he has been truly professional throughout and still doing well with us I will definitely recommend Joseph Parker and Yopa to anyone that wants to sell there property

Out of four different estate agencies, two online, Joseph Parker from Yopa impressed me the most.
He was extremely focussed and knowledgeable about the market and my property in particular and helpful in arriving at a price for a quick sale whilst still achieving a much better outcome than I had thought.
Although I am unused to using the internet for anything much more important than shopping, Joseph was extremely helpful and encouraging.
He arranged two viewings of my home straight away and I received an offer from the first one which was higher than I expected and which I accepted.
Joseph is very approachable and I know I can contact him with any question I may have about the process.
He is smartly presented and inspires confidence.
Using Yopa has saved me money compared to a traditional estate agency.
