We have a long established relationship with Beresfords having bought a few properties and let a property multiple times with them. We contacted them to instruct on a Tuesday, photos were done on Thursday and we were on the market Thursday night (and we'd already had a viewing Weds evening! By Sunday morning we had had 6 viewers and 2 offers well in excess of the asking price. We are delighted and we give all credit to Daniel Ives who has been professional, highly responsive, super friendly and supportive and he has been contactable at all times. In addition, Lucy has been great; she seemed to know everything about the details of our sale and attributed this to early morning meetings when they all share info. You'd expect this might happen, but she obviously is completely informed and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. We are delighted.
